Bob “Chip” Keenan has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and has been building and remodeling homes since 1997. He's lived in Aiken with his family since 2002, and is on every job site personally.

Bob grew up in southeastern Wisconsin where he went to college and started building and renovating homes for himself in 1997.

An avid aviation enthusiast, he went through flight training and earned his pilot license in 1993 while in college. While hes not been actively flying in real aircraft in the past few years, a hobby that helps him not lose sight of his passion for flight and military aviation, he enjoys training in his custom-built military-grade flight F/A-18 flight simulator.
